Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:
- Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
- Insurance claim forms
- Private sick notes
- Vaccination certificates
- Private Letters- basic statement of facts
- Medical Reports- longer more detailed reports
The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them, please note that not all of these services require you to have an appointment.
Please book at least 2 weeks in advance; fees must be paid in advance to the receptionist. If you make an appointment and do not attend fees will be forfeited as the time booked for the appointment will have been wasted when the appointment/s could have been offered to other patients. For last minute requests there may be a 50% surcharge on top of normal fee.
